Position Overview: Software Engineering Coach

Responsibilities:

Work closely with talented developers, fostering their growth and skills development.
Provide robust support for development tasks, ensuring high-quality outputs.
Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills within the team.
Break down complex problems and offer guidance and solutions.
Advocate and enforce good programming practices.

Requirements:

Proficiency in JavaScript (React, React Native, Node, TypeScript.
Experience with Docker, AWS, Vercel, or PHP/Laravel (Nice to have).
Full-time position, onsite in Buea, with a flexible schedule.
