Tech Chantier's client is looking for a talented developer with a love for or experience in Fintech to join their team. This role involves completing a fintech platform built with Symfony and developing a complementary mobile app in Flutter. It’s an exciting opportunity to work on a cutting-edge money transfer platform and collaborate with a dynamic founding team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete the development of the existing Symfony-based fintech platform.
• Collaborate with the founding team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality code.
• Build and deploy a mobile application using Flutter.
• Set up and manage deployment pipelines for optimal performance and security.
• Ensure confidentiality and security due to the financial nature of the platform.
• Participate in regular standups, reviews, and sprint cycles to ensure alignment with the team’s goals

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of PHP and experience with Symfony or Laravel (with the ability to quickly learn Symfony).
• Proficiency in Flutter for mobile app development.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in deploying web applications on platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, or shared hosts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
• Experience in fintech is a plus.
• Knowledge of Git workflow.

Compensation:

• Starting salary of 200,000 XAF per month.
• Performance will be evaluated after three months with potential salary increments based on performance.
• Possibility of bonuses based on the speed of delivery, timeliness, and other factors.
